1. Can be more social

Being a single means not having the responsibility towards others. That means you have plenty of time to go and chat with people whenever you like.

"Singles spend more time dealing with other people, either individually or through other media," says psychologist who wrote the book Psychology Today, Bella DePaulo.

2. Body to be slim

A single female loves the thinner body. The reason according to research published in the Journal of Family in 2015 shows that the adult singles have a lower weight. On the other hand, people who have a partner tend to gain weight.

Another study at the University of Washington revealed that people experience sudden weight loss after a breakup or divorce. The Singles are considered thinner because they want to perform best to attract new partners.

3. More time to 'me time'

The singles have more time to spoil themselves, such as vacations, exercising, body treatments, and more.

Quoted from Business Insider UK, single people spend an average of 5.56 hours a day for 'me time,' while those with spouses only have about 4.87 hours.

Some studies have also mentioned that having a 'me time' time can reduce stress and thus improve mental health.

4. Have enough sleep time

A survey by Amerisleep found that the singles had more sleep time, which was about 7.13 hours a night, while those with spouses had a sleep time of 7.07 hours and who had married only 6.71 hours.

People who have enough sleep time and sound tend to be healthier, weight is more ideal, and have enough energy.

5. Fewer have debt 

Have a partner means to have more expenses than just for yourself. Combining means savings are safer and away from problems of debt.
